At the Dowans Hotel we take great pride in our kitchen's ability to produce both imaginative, and traditional Scottish dishes. All our meals are completely homemade, our menus, produced by Head Chef Simon Burns, use the finest locally produced meats, game, poultry, fish and shellfish, accompanied by fresh fruit and vegetables.
